Service Restored on a Holiday!
Challenge: Internet Service Provider Stating Internet Restored, But Client Still Has No Internet
Solution: Downtown Computers immediately knew our client had lost internet through our remote monitoring services. We contacted the clients ISP, who stated that service has been restored. After extensive discussion with higher level technical support at the ISP and our technician, it was determined this clients building had NOT been restored. the ISP sent out a technician (On July 4th, a Holiday!) per Downtown Computers request and restored internet by the end of that day.
THIS SERVICE COST OUR CLIENT NOTHING! ALL OF THE LABOR WAS COVERED UNDER DTC MAINTENANCE AND SUPPORT AGREEMENT.
