After the severe storm on 6/29/2012, numerous clients were without Power and/or Internet and/or Phone Lines. Downtown Computers was able to determine which clients were experiencing problems through our monitoring services. We opened tickets with Time Warner, Wind Stream, AEP and numerous other providers, directly handled all service communications as well as monitored to know when services were restored. This allowed our clients to concentrate on their business while Downtown Computers took care of their technology related issues.
THIS SERVICE COST NOTHING FOR OUR CLIENTS! ALL OF THE LABOR WAS COVERED UNDER DTC MAINTENANCE AND SUPPORT AGREEMENT.
